REGENERATION FOLLOWING BONE INJURY CAUSED BY PERIMPLANTITIS WOUNDED WITH DENTAL GRAFTING PARTICULATES PRODUCED BY TOOTH TRANSFORMER IN 56-YEAR-OLD NON-SMOKER PATIENTS
The Tooth Transformer is a device capable of transforming an extracted tooth into a decontaminated and partially demineralized particulate matter that can be used as a grafting material. This kind of graft is almost totally reabsorbed by the osteoclasts. Gradually, it releases human dentin’s morphogenetic proteins in the surgical site. For this reason, it has been scientifically demonstrated that dental particulate produced by the Tooth transformer, unlike all xenon and allografts, have osteoinductive as well as osteoconductive properties.
Following a periimplantitis the resulting bone injury was repaired using dentine treated with tooth transformer
Many doubt the potential of the dentine. For example, they don’t believe that : the histology showed is taken from the regeneration zone. And they are right, because often you see nothing but bone and often mature bone. In fact in the first image we can see a histology of a wonderful bone… and it was taken in the case you’ll see below. How do we make sure is the test true? Good.. if we look carefully there are two dentin granules (as Residual Graft) and they are located one in the cortical area and one in the deepest area.. How did they get there except through a regeneration that used dentin?
Many people ask me “what is produced after the use of the tooth in a regeneration?” Well in this case you can see very well… It produced bone completely identical to the receiving bone!
Also this week we will see a “prehistoric” case of the beginning of 2019. GBR performed on 6 April 2019 and implant placement on 7 September 2019. GBR performed on 6 April 2019 and implant placement on 7 September 2019. Perimplantitis with loss of circumferential bone tissue at the implant and contiguity with the NAI. In just 5 months the dentin of the element 45, extracted for a fracture and replaced with an implant, was transformed into a bone identical to the receiving bone both in density and quality.
